Bill brings more than 20 years of corporate experience, strengthened by formal education and extensive work in the franchise industry. A lifelong resident of Southern New Jersey, he built a strong foundation in franchise and food service operations before joining Majestic Residences. Throughout his career, Bill has held key roles spanning training, corporate operations, development, sales, marketing, research and development, and branding. He has led teams of more than ten support professionals and played a central role in expanding major brands across the Northeast. His accomplishments include developing and launching over 200 franchise locations and helping bring more than 60 emerging franchise brands to market.
Bill’s success in franchise and business sales is driven by a consistent track record of results, rooted in diligence, attention to detail, and a commitment to honesty, integrity, and trust. He is recognized as one of the top listing brokers for Murphy in the Northeast and has been involved in more than 250 franchise and business resale transactions. In addition to his brokerage work, Bill founded and operated Total Franchise OPS, where he focused on small business development, startup franchises, and operational support. He has also owned and successfully sold three retail businesses. For over eight years, Bill served as Chief Operating Officer of Avendelle Assisted Living Franchise.
At Majestic Residences, Bill leads franchise development and real estate initiatives. He has an associate’s degree in business, studied Aviation/Airway Management and Operations at ATP Flight School in Florida, earned his brokerage certification from Murphy Business & Financial Corporation in 2014, and completed the Certified Franchise Executive program through the International Franchise Association.
